We live in a world of constant consumption where we keep getting told that the key to happiness is more of everything, this could be items in our closet, products that we don’t even need, lifestyles that we need to upscale, expensive purchases that rack up our credit card debt and a constant longing for me. Coming to beauty- its one of the most unregulated industries, I see countless number of brands pop up everyday with their own “luxury” line of beauty products which I find hard to believe. My simple rule of beauty and cosmetics is that I will only apply a product on my skin if I can eat it. You may say thats weird but my reasoning for that is that your skin is the largest organ of your body. Anything you feed is is going to get absorbed and consumed by the outermost layers of your skin and eventually your bloodstream.
I would like to start this post by checking in you and hoping that you are all safe and healthy. In case any of you are recovering from any illness my love and good wishes to you. I know last year has been a whirlwind of crazy and this year 2021 isn’t looking great either. Yes there is a vaccine available now but its effectiveness is something only time can tell. The pandemic isn’t going anywhere and neither are we.But with that being said I would like to wish you a very Happy Valentine’s Day
We live in a world where there are too many choices. But healthy choices are few. Supermarkets are lined with canned ready to eat food items, restaurants offer a plethora of unhealthy food items. We are heading towards morbid obesity with the kind of lifestyle and food choices we have made. Too busy to cook, Too busy to eat , just stuff up on junk and sugars and keep going. Unfortunately too much of our diet is made up of acidic foods in form of sodas, burgers, french fries, pizza all of which make us so happy. Staying on a acidic diet for very long is extremely harmful for the body. It starts to demineralise and start pulling nutrition and vitamins from the bodies store houses leading to deficiencies.
We are living in strange times where it is getting harder and harder to survive without social contact and boredom has become part of our daily lives. Well you don’t really need a reason to be happy. But with the capitalistic and materialistic society we live in , we need “reasons” to be happy. so here is a list. Print it out and add it to your refrigerator. Let the gratefulness warm your hearts everyday.Do what makes you happy and you will never have a dull moment.Own less do more, think less, worry less be happy.Being happy already you will suddenly realise that the things you were always seeking did not matter so much after all…

Your mental, physical and spiritual space must be your own. A common and simple magical craft is protection magic, most people prefer to first cleanse , banish and protect in that order. In this post I am going to be talking about a powerful and potent magical condiment – the black salt. Its easy to make and requires very few inexpensive ingredients.
In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on. “Like a comet pulled from orbit, As it passes a sun. Like a stream that meets a boulder, Halfway through the wood. Who can say if I’ve been changed for the better? But I have been changed for good.” ThoseRead More
