An Ode to Dead Humanity #SYRIANcrisis

I am sorry for putting a crimp in your day. This post is written following the events of the extremely unfortunate Syrian war thats in progress has had 400 people killed so far out of which 150 are innocent kids. For more information please feel free to read this guardian post .The internet is filled with disturbing imagery and videos, but no helps seems to reach the people in need. The cease fire on airstrike to help the injured and survivors with aid and supplies has stopped and the fate of the poor people is left distraught.Thousands die everyday and we all watch it in silence and ignore. Why is the world quiet about this ? Does the image of a baby lying dead by the sea shore while his parents tried to help him escape doesn’t stir you up? Are we still humans ? Are we capable of feeling anything anymore ? How much longer will this continue? Is there any hope ? What are we doing to the children and their future? You think its easy to cope with the death of a parent ? These people are losing their entire families for years now.How many more innocent people need to die for us to notice? Will nations be willing to open their homes to the refugees?

Damn the Whole World #syriancrisis

For those of you turning a blind eye to the problems of Syria, just because its not happening to you and your family doesn’t mean its not important. There are footages of kids begging for help and wanting the world to know of their pain. Imagine the emotional scarring thats been inflicted on these kids. How would you go on with your life knowing your entire family was shot in front of your eyes. How would you get that image out of your head? Why cant and seriously why cant we do anything ? Is it too much to ask to let the civilians to evacuate? Is it too much to give them a chance to live ? Is it too much to let them save the lives of their kids. So many medical facilities have been damaged and without aid reaching the people still trapped in Syria the death toll will continue to rise. People are surviving on one meal a day and barely enough drinking water. While here we are busy obsessing over useless news and investigating deaths of celebrities. I mean no offence to the dead but we have far more important matters to attend to that celebrate or obsess over useless news. Can the Indian government do anything about the Syrian Crisis ? Will UN intervene and stop this massacre ?

Civilian casualties in Syrian rebel enclave are a mass psychosis

To quote the Guardian “Ten White Helmet volunteers have been killed in Syria over the past month, including two in eastern Ghouta. Half of them were killed in what are known as “double-tap” strikes, in which a plane bombs an area and then returns to attack it again after rescue workers have arrived” .

You may ask why is the UN security council a paralysed over Syria? According to the news , For a resolution to be passed, nine of the 15 council members must vote for it, but permanent members have a veto. Russia has repeatedly blocked resolutions targeting its ally, Syria. China has also vetoed resolutions on Syria.

I don’t care if you click any ads or any affiliate links.I don’t work for any magazine or news, sorry if this post offends anyone.I am at a loss of words at the monstrosity thats going on in this world and find it very hard to embrace silence.Just please spread the word and pray because sometimes that all we can do. Pray for the departed and HOPE for the survivors, heartfelt apologies for their loss and suffering.
